- 2009: Director, Montana Space Grant Consortium (MSGC) and Montana NASA EPSCoR (MNE)
- 2013: Assistant Research Professor, Montana State University (MSU) Department of Physics
- 2007: PhD in physics, MSU
- 2004: MS in physics, MSU
- 2001: BS in physics and honors with minors in math and German at MSU
Interests:
- NASA Eclipse Ballooning Project (project innovator and leader)
- Creativity and learning research, especially through hands-on programs
- Solar physics, specifically in solar flare dynamics and magnetism
