Web Accessibility - Legacy Page

  • Start strobe at highest rate and lower it to 4 times the fan speed to make the blades appear gray.
  • Continue lowering the rate to 2 times the fan speed to see 2 blended colors.
  • When the strobe rate matches the fan speed, the blades appear motionless with their pure color.
  • Optional - touch a piece of paper to the blades to remind students the fan is still moving.
  • Point strobe away from audience, and keep frequency above 10 Hz.
