• A float accelerometer shows the acceleration of a car accelerated by a falling mass.
  • Stop car before it reaches the end of the track.
  • The car can also be accelerated by hand for a more dramatic result.
  • Accelerometer is not attached to car.
        (remove pulley during transport)
        (use shims to level track)
        (put tarp on floor to catch 200 g mass, do not use heavier mass)
