Why study Physics?

As a physics major, you will study some of the most exciting aspects of our world, and indeed our Universe, alongside leading scientists whose commitment to discovery is matched only by their commitment to your learning.
With a Bachelors of Science (BS) degree in physics, you will have the opportunity to enter the workforce directly, where your skills will be highly valued by employers, employment opportunities include:

More than 50% of physics bachelors go directly into the workforce. Physics bachelors working in the private sector have excellent earning potential, often working in the same computer science and
engineering jobs as graduates in those fields. With a bachelor's degree in physics, one can continue to advanced study in science, technology, engineering, law school, medical school, or other fields.
